I pray the moment is soft and your heart is open as you prepare to enter this communion with me. If the spirit moves you to move, I pray you have space to let your body breathe and take up all the space it needs to. If spirit moves you to write, or sing, or cry, or laugh, or draw, or walk, or jump, or shout—I pray you do whatever you feel is true in for your heart. If spirit moves you to share with me, I pray you do that in whichever ways are a Yes for you. Thank you for being here.
