Here are a few gentle reminders from Mother Mother to support you along your flight:

• Start with the Nebula. Everything begins in the nebula, and Mother Mother has curated an extensive collection of resource guides to help you prepare for this ringshout discovery. Think of the Nebula portal as an “orientation” to the flight. Be inside the Nebula as long as you need to. You’ll know when you’re ready to go/grow beyond there.

• The ringshout is a practice. This journey will take time. Be gentle with your discoveries. Time is all we have. We have all the time we need.

• You are at the center of your practice. How you feel matters, at all times. Listen, trust, allow, be with what your body is telling you. The ringshout is a mirror for all that is swirling within. Be courageous, be vulnerable, and keep looking. It’s all you!

• The sequence is only a suggestion. You are invited to flow through the offerings in the way that makes most sense for you and your body. Everything Mother Mother offers is a suggestion born from her years of practices and experimentations IN HER BODY. Feel for your Yes, and move through everything at your own pace and your own delight.

• The best way to commune with Mother Mother is through voice notes. Phone calls (when she can pick up), texts, and emails are welcome too. And if you want to have a super soft, deconstructed dialogue with Mother Mother, and build up a juicy archive of YOUR brilliance along the way, voice notes are THEE BEST WAY! Mother Mother is reachable on Signal or WhatsApp. Reach out anytime with your shares, questions, or feedback about the journey.

• Soft-time is expansive and generative. Practice undoing language and self-criticisms about time, and release yourself from the labor of tracking when or how much you engage with these practices. No one is keeping score or attendance! DO YOU! Trust that you will get as much out of these offerings as you need to, exactly when and how you need to.

• Take only what you need for your Yes, and leave all else behind. Really and truly! Mother Mother has created a galaxy of practices. You may or may not experience it all. You may or may not want to experience it all. It’s all your choice to make! No mandates, no judgements, no expectations. Enjoy the ride!

• This is a self-directed movement practice & YES you can dance! The Starseed Communion is a practice for you to discover the beauty and bounty of your moving body. This is not a dance class, or a performance, or an audition. This is you, in your body, in your flow, in your life. Movement is accessible to you at all times, and it is through your moving body that you can hear and receive the sacred messages from your ringshout. You can do this! Make a date with Mother Mother

Everyone on the flight is welcome to make a one-on-one date with Mother Mother to connect face to face about your starseed discoveries and ringshout process. This is an opportunity for those who want to talk directly with Mother Mother, have questions, or want to unpack some of the stories and possibilities coming up for them in the ringshout.

Schedule one complimentary session with Mother Mother during the course of your flight.

Extended Access:
Reserve up to one session per month for the duration of the Starseed Communion Spring/Summer 2023 program.

Sistership-Funded Access:
Schedule one complimentary session with Mother Mother during the course of your flight. Additional sessions available as resources allow.

Additional Sessions Available:
If you wish to book more time with Mother Mother after your complimentary sessions are complete, you can book a 2-hour personal discovery lab with Mother Mother in one of the following ways:

• Square currency: $125

• Round currency: inquire about/suggest round currency possibilities at time of booking

• Sistership-Funded access: request a session be covered by the Sistership Fund, session availability dependent on resources in the fund at the time

Inviting others to the Starseed Communion

The Starseed Communion is open for others to join continuously. Please do not share any of the materials with anyone who has not reserved their own flight with the Mother Mother. To invite others into this experience, simply share the link for the Starseed Communion invitation portal with them (the same place you signed up). If you have questions, reach out to Mother Mother for support.

If you originally reserved an open access reservation, and you wish to extend your flight so that you have access to the Starseed Communion through 8 September 2023, please purchase an extension or request sistership-funded access.
