There is a sliding scale of $50-$250 per hour for all services at the Fertility Dreams Lab.

A minimum, non-refundable deposit of $25 per service is required to reserve your appointment. The balance is due at the time of your appointment.

Scheduling Preferences

All services must be completed by November 8, 2019. Please list 2 or 3 possible days and times that can work for you.

Please share a little about your fertility journeys and any information that you think will assist in the preparations for your customized session at the Fertility Dreams Lab.

cancellation & rescheduling policy

Please give at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations received after that time may result in forfeit of full payment. All deposits for services are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least 12 hours notice. Your deposit or full payment will be applied to your new appointment for one instance of rescheduling. Any additional rescheduling instances will require a new deposit.
