Activated by the idea of recentering, we explore the possibilities of sustaining and releasing the spin. We discover deep stretches that engage circle patterns, and realize expanded clarities about the nature of the center. we also celebrate new findings in womb wellness birthed from the benefits of daily mmc practice. At the end of the session, binah introduces the artist Ana Mendieta and her earth-body work, as an inspiration for future mmc studies.
