This has always been an experiment…
Life is swirling, and I am coming into my own embodied initiations as Mother Mother and visionary of this sacred flight experience. The full expansion of the Practices portal will continue in another now, at some magical point in the future when my rhythms and mothering movements can more gently accommodate and make space for the sweet rigor of curating and producing the Starseed Communion, and all that comes with facilitating a soft-time practice portal. I don’t yet know when exactly that will be, but when that time comes I will reach out to everyone who initially said Yes to this process and ask if you want to rejoin me for the whole flight as I originally dreamed it.
For now, I invite you to be with the bounty of offerings in the Nebula and further your conscious preparations for generative, lifelong ringshout discoveries. Each communion in the ringshout reveals something new. There are infinite places to travel within every time you open yourself to the dance in this way. Especially if you are still getting acclimated to the power and possibilities of the ringshout, the Nebula is overflowing with practices to support you in finding your authentic way into this spiritual technology.
In this moment of softening and shifting, I have also captured a bit of the story of my evolution for where I am now, and offered a snippet of a very elemental seed-share for the first ringshout that came to me for our Practices portal. Enjoy the dance!
THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE!
Love and booty galore,

a ringshout practice in the making…
being & becoming: a ringshout storyboard sketch
The ringshouts reveal themselves to me in many ways, in circular patterns of time and space, over days and weeks, through the seasons and years. Much as I try at times, the ringshouts cannot be scripted, or planned, or managed. Most ringshouts come to me when I am already in motion. Then, as I embody the expansion of the full Yes within, the vibrational pull of the ringshout’s spin grows stronger. I feel myself being drawn into the frequency of the ringshout. Visions come to me, words and scriptures flash across my mind, memories surface, time parallels open up. It is not like choosing to step over the threshold of a temple whenever I feel ready. Rather, the temple is ever in motion, and once it finds me, I know I am there. I know I’ve reached the ringshout.
Circles in Outer Space is an elemental ringshout that is initiated through simple life movements: walking, shuffling, stomping and running. Here I have offered you a sketch of a storyboard in the making. In developing ringshout practices, I gather pieces, materials, images, texts, sounds, music and movements, and weave them together in ways that bring the ringshout to life. For a long while now I have been activating and embodying multiple components of Circles in Outer Space in my own practice. For now, this is what I’ve been able to synthesize and add to the storyboard.
The following storyboard sketch pairs part of the ringshout script that has emerged from inside my communions with images of circles from our living world. The intention is to emphasize the round nature of life in many dimensions, and to practice seeing the spaces around us as mirrors for the ringshout.
How many ways can you encounter the ringshout?
Where is your body existing in time and space when you feel the spin come over you?
Do you feel the power of the spin moving you around the ringshout?
If this practice speaks to you, experiment with Circles in Outer Space in a moment that feels soft and expansive for you. I recommend trying this ringshout in silence, or with natural sounds (like ocean waves, or birds, or rainfall), or with gentle music that has a repetitive, instrumental vibe or similar meditative quality. Time is variable for everyone, for every moment. You might be able to feel into the spin within a few minutes of walking or shuffling through the orbits, or it might take you some hours or days of practicing Circles in Outer Space before you reach the deeper spin frequencies. You can also engage Circles in Outer Space as a warm-up for a more extensive movement practice or longform ringshout.
Some time after the ringshout, when you have the energy and space to reflect and document your process, write or record what gifts, questions, understandings, and possibilities were revealed to you from your ringshout. Notice where you are and what you’re doing when you experience synergistic correlations from things you felt/witnessed/experienced inside the ringshout. Celebrate the different ways being inside the ringshout amplifies your awareness, softens and eases your breaths, and enhances fluidity in everyday life moments.
