Write a letter to your little girl self or your elder self. Draft the next chapter of your book. Start a poem. Open up a clean page and just pour your heart onto it.

Talk to someone you love about your story. Connect with another creator in the Garden. Call your mother or sister. Leave a voice note for Binah or in the WhatsApp groups. Attend a live lab and share your story with the Garden. Record yourself telling your story and share it with the Garden. Look at your beautiful face in the mirror and say the words out loud that you’ve never spoken before, but that you know need to be born.

Feel for where this story lives in your body. Allow the movement to initiate from there and see where it grows. Dance to music. Move in silence. Breathe, explore, be present with your story in all its forms. Bend and twist. Rock and sway. Open and evolve. Discover the embodied narrative that lives within your powerful and radiant being.
illustrate your story
Get your colored pencils, markers, crayons, collage materials, paint, and whatever else moves you. Draw, sketch, craft your story. Use colors. Play with space and depth. Experiment with texture and shape. Design a picture book. Take photographs. Mold the truth with your hands. Bring your story to life in whichever ways feel good to you.
