Up Down All Around is an experiment and a creation in progress. It’s a short audio invitation to move your body, connect with your breath, and warm up your circulation. I am developing some soft-time offerings for gentle wake-up dances and prompts for people who want to move their bodies but might not always feel like dancing or feel like they know where to begin.
